COURSE OVERVIEW

The Executive Women’s Leadership Certificate Program is a dynamic and career-transforming experience designed to prepare women leaders to successfully navigate today’s rapidly evolving, technology-enabled, and AI-driven workplace. Through this immersive six-course program, participants gain the leadership strategies, executive presence, negotiation skills, and digital-age leadership competencies necessary to lead with confidence, influence organizational decision-making, and drive innovation within their organizations.

 

This research-based program explores the unique opportunities and challenges women encounter in leadership, including workplace dynamics, executive visibility, gender bias, organizational influence, and the growing impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies on leadership and workforce transformation. Participants will learn how to translate evidence-based leadership concepts into actionable strategies that strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational impact, and career advancement.

 

CURRICULUM

Participants learn from accomplished executive leaders, industry experts, and workforce strategists who challenge conventional thinking, encourage innovation, and help transform obstacles into leadership opportunities. The program also provides the opportunity to collaborate with ambitious and accomplished women from diverse industries and leadership backgrounds while building a powerful personal and professional network.

PROGRAM FEE

​The standard program fee for the Executive Women’s Leadership Certificate Program is $3,500 per participant.

 

Customized cohort pricing and organizational program fees are available for corporations, universities, government agencies, and professional associations seeking tailored leadership development experiences aligned with their workforce, leadership, and organizational goals. Customized programs may include industry-specific content, executive coaching, AI leadership modules, workforce transformation strategies, and organizational leadership assessments.

Discounts are available for university faculty, staff, and alumni.

​

The program also offers a limited number of scholarship opportunities for eligible underrepresented women leaders.

​

Optional Executive Leadership Coaching Sessions: Two one-hour coaching sessions are available for an additional fee of $450 per session.
