COURSE OVERVIEW

This unique five-course Executive Women's Leadership Certificate Program will teach you how to interact with power, navigate the workplace, and take the lead with innovative ideas and methods. The program will be a career-changing experience and impact how you negotiate, manage teams, and lead.

 

This intense research-based workshop explores how women in the workplace encounter distinct attitudes, behaviors, preconceptions, and repercussions. Finally, we turn the empirical findings into actionable plans and solutions.

 

CURRICULUM

You will learn from expert leaders who make it their business to question your preconceptions, confront your concerns, and turn hurdles into possibilities. Additionally, you will do it all in the company of other driven and fearless women, building a personal and professional network that will serve you well throughout your career.

This certificate equips women in leadership roles with the knowledge needed to identify instances where gender dimensions may be present in the workplace. The certificate also helps women to devise plans to overcome gender bias and destructive behaviors.

This program is unique because it offers the opportunity for live interaction with expert instructors, leaders, and other women with similar and different leadership backgrounds.

• This program offers three full scholarships for eligible underrepresented women. 

• *Optional Coaching Sessions: Two one-hour Leadership Coaching Sessions fee is $450 per session.
